The screw shafts of auger are made of seamless steel pipe with high coaxiality. After the tank is assembled, the coaxiality of the shafts will be checked to ensure it rotates smoothly and stably.

Livestock transport vehicles:

2. Three conveying augers have been designed in an optimal manner, ensuring smooth operation without material blockages and significantly improving the discharge efficiency.
3. Two driving modes are available, fully meeting the discharge requirements for different site conditions:
A. Hydraulic-driven discharge:
1. Based on the torque output of the engine, the transmission shaft drives the hydraulic pump to provide energy to the hydraulic motors and cylinders of the entire vehicle. The customer can operate it through the control handle on the multi-way directional valve, or choose a wireless remote control device to achieve remote operation.
2.The hydraulic drive mode has a larger conveying torque, is less likely to get stuck, has a faster discharging speed, and is not restricted by the site, can discharge materials at any time and anywhere.
B. Motor-driven Discharge:
1. An external 380V three-phase AC power supply is connected to power the discharging motor. The motor drives the auger to rotate for the discharging operation. The customer can control it through the buttons on the control box or via wireless remote control. If there is no three-phase power supply at the discharging site, a generator can be installed and used to supply power to the motor through self-generation.
2.The motor drive mode operates independently of environmental temperature, has low noise, and the cost of external power supply for discharging is lower.
