I.Appropriate selection of materials:

1. Livestock transport vehicles: The box of our livestock transport vehicles are made of 100% aluminum alloy, which featuring sturdy structure, light weight, high load capacity, low failure rate, easy cleaning, long lifespan, and high residual value.

2. Bulk feed tank Vehicles:

The tank body is made of high-quality and high-strength carbon steel, featuring light weight, high strength, fine polishing and long service life.

The blades of the auger are made of high-strength manganese steel, which is stable and has a long service life.

The screw shafts of auger are made of seamless steel pipe with high coaxiality. After the tank is assembled, the coaxiality of the shafts will be checked to ensure it rotates smoothly and stably.

II. Safety and Reliability Design:

Livestock transport vehicles:

1.The interior of the carriage has no sharp edges or corners, and there are no cleaning blind spots.

2. The floor sealing prevents the leakage of excrement, and the overall sealing of the total box ensures biological safety.

3. The roof and the inner floor are designed to be hinged, facilitating cleaning and disinfection.

4. The lifting platform with remote control and the hinge-type central corridor design enable one person could complete loading and unloading easily, thereby reducing labor costs.

5. The vehicle is equipped with a smart vehicle management system. Through AI technology, it can achieve full-process monitoring of the biological assets. By monitoring the vehicle's trajectory, weight, fuel consumption, etc., it can implement refined management and reduce the vehicle operation costs. 

Bulk Feed tank vehicles:

1.According to the different needs of customers, we customize the style and size of the tank body to maximize the loading and unloading efficiency and strive to maximize the profits for the customers.

2. Three conveying augers have been designed in an optimal manner, ensuring smooth operation without material blockages and significantly improving the discharge efficiency.

3. Two driving modes are available, fully meeting the discharge requirements for different site conditions:

A. Hydraulic-driven discharge:

1. Based on the torque output of the engine, the transmission shaft drives the hydraulic pump to provide energy to the hydraulic motors and cylinders of the entire vehicle. The customer can operate it through the control handle on the multi-way directional valve, or choose a wireless remote control device to achieve remote operation.

2.The hydraulic drive mode has a larger conveying torque, is less likely to get stuck, has a faster discharging speed, and is not restricted by the site, can discharge materials at any time and anywhere.

B. Motor-driven Discharge:

1. An external 380V three-phase AC power supply is connected to power the discharging motor. The motor drives the auger to rotate for the discharging operation. The customer can control it through the buttons on the control box or via wireless remote control. If there is no three-phase power supply at the discharging site, a generator can be installed and used to supply power to the motor through self-generation.

2.The motor drive mode operates independently of environmental temperature, has low noise, and the cost of external power supply for discharging is lower.

The company is proficient in the road regulations and legal requirements of various countries, as well as the certification requirements. Based on this, the design of the company places particular emphasis on animal welfare and strictly complies with the legal provisions on animal welfare set by the European Union.

1. The space occupied by each individual animal is in compliance with the legal requirements.

2. The internal temperature is the comfortable temperature for the animal's body.

3. Equipped with fans, spray systems and drinking systems.

4. Minimize the stress response of the pigs during transportation as much as possible.
